Titus Memberships

A Titus Membership includes use of both pools , basketball courts, and barbecues during operating hours and tennis courts year round.  The first year of membership, there is an investment fee of $450 plus the annual dues of $850, totaling $1,300. Every year following first year of membership, member pays only the annual dues to renew membership.

• Early Pay is $795 and must be postmarked by March 1, 2023
• Spring Pay is $850 and is due no later than May 28, 2023.
• Summer Pay is $870 beginning  May 29,2023
• Monthly Pay is $870 (credit card only), split into no more than 4 payments of $217.50/month, credit card will be billed on the 1st of the month.

After 10 years* of membership with Titus, 

member receives a 10% discount on membership

dues in 11th year. Every year after, member 

receives an additional 10% discount on membership dues 

up to a total of 50%.

11 years = 10% off membership dues

12 years = 20% off membership dues 

13 years = 30% off membership dues

14 years = 40% off membership dues

15 years = 50% off membership dues

*Years are cumulative,  if there is a break in membership, only

the years you were a paying Titus member will count.

Tennis-Only Membership provides year-round use of tennis courts only.  Annual dues are $425, due at time of renewal or conversion. You may acquire a tennis court key with a $5 deposit during operating hours.

A $50 payment puts your membership on hold for one season.
